The Key Account Manager will be the key point of contact between pre-defined US customers and GROB and will be responsible for educating customers on GROB’s product line. This position will be located in Bluffton, Ohio as well as our sales office in Troy, Michigan. The Key Account Manager will have to develop their technical skills related to the GROB product, knowing in detail what we do and sell, prospecting a successful technical sale in the future.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with assigned customers
Obtain vital market information for marketing/proposal/upper management
Educate customers on GROB’s product line & new technologies
Support the GROB Team in generating technical & commercial proposals
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Preferred: Ability to comprehend 2-D drawings
Preferred: Proficient use of AutoCAD (2004 and higher)
Preferred: Knowledge of mechanical design, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
