Mölnlycke Indianapolis is looking for a collaborative, results-driven 3rd Shift Quality Technician to play a critical role in our Quality Assurance team. You'll be responsible for monitoring the quality of manufactured products and ensuring the quality system is operating according to regulatory requirements and ISO standards. Your goal: to help equip our customers with solutions to achieve the best healthcare outcomes.
Ensure products conform to specifications by conducting physical testing.
QMS system operation including CAPA, Document Control, Internal Auditing, Customer Complaints and Supplier Quality.
Decontaminate returned used products and investigate failure root cause(s) of returned products.
Investigate quality issues raised by production employees and report them to the QA Manager.
What you should know
The schedule for this position is Monday-Thursday 10:30pm-9:00am.
Must be available to work overtime as needed.
Little to no travel is expected for this position.

Education and experience
Degree in related field preferred.
Minimum of two years Quality related industrial production experience.
Minimum of 2 years experience working in an ISO certified environment.
