A growing national claims and forensic engineering services company is seeking a Vice President of Operations / COO to oversee nationwide ops based in the corporate office near Carson, CA.
**This is NOT an internship.
This is a new, executive management position with outstanding six-figure ++ salary and benefits package for the right candidate..
Reporting the owners of the firm, the Vice President of Operations will act effectively as COO and will be responsible for the oversight and management of all sales functions of the organization, including all regional offices and divisions. The VP of Ops will oversee the planning, organizing and controlling of the day-to-day operational activities of the Engineering Consulting firm under the direction of the EVP & CEO. This will also include assisting with the development and implementation of the strategic plan to advance the company's mission, vision, and values and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth. This company consults for commercial P&C insurance companies on construction defect claims, disaster and surety claims as forensic engineering experts.
Must have Civil, Structural, and/or Environmental Engineering company experience.
Must have Property & Casualty Insurance Industry experience.
Forensic Engineering experience preferred.
BA degree in Business Management or similar required
Must be willing to RELOCATE to Southern California.
MUST HAVE 7+ years Executive Management experience - preferably C-level or VP level.
