A well-respected design firm is seeking a Project Architect with project management experience and technical skills for Rochester, NY.
**This is NOT an internship.
This is a permanent position with outstanding compensation plus benefits package for the right Architect.
The Project Architect will play a significant role in the growth/direction of the department through forming and nurturing client-firm relationships as well as mentoring junior staff.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a NY architecture license and registration
5-10 years of experience in all facets of architectural design, management, and coordination
Familiarity of construction technologies and building codes relative to education, healthcare, institutional, and industrial projects
Complete understanding of public bid procedures
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD & Specification writing
USGBC LEED project experience
Architects with LEED AP certification and presentation/graphics skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.) are preferred
