We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing water/wastewater infrastructure practice in Everett, Washington. You will engage in the growth of an established regional practice, and advance your career as a future business leader in the region. You will work collaboratively with a group of regional offices in the Puget Sound, and oversee a diverse array of sewer, stormwater, and water system planning, design, and construction projects for municipal and federal systems.
Lead and guide our talented mid- to junior-level staff
Lead multi-disciplinary teams through planning, design, and construction for all sizes of water and wastewater utilities conveyance, storage, and site development projects
Develop new relationships to expand our client base and strengthen relationships through commitment to quality and service.
Ensure that projects are staffed with the appropriate resources and skills sets
Participate in the development of identifying and winning opportunities by working directly with clients, marketers, business developers, and delivery teams.
Gather information, develop and evaluate alternatives, and prepare engineering reports
Bachelor's degree, in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering, or related field
Minimum of 10 years relevant civil engineering experience and Professional Engineer (PE) license
Demonstrated Project Management experience on multi-disciplinary water and wastewater projects including management of subconsultants
Experience managing municipal and public sector projects (state, county, city and federal)
Ability to lead, train, motivate, and work within a team
Ability to develop productive, long-term relationships and communicate with clients, peers, multi-discipline teams, and management
A reputation of integrity, intelligence, and the ability to exercise good judgement
