The Sr. Director of Performance Improvement has primary responsibility for coordinating the planning, implementation and evaluation of continuous improvement for North Kansas City Hospital. They will direct the activities of the Performance Improvement Department to identify, analyze and guide improvements in patient care and service delivery to include quality issues, public reporting initiatives, compliance, and bench-making studies so that the Hospital, Medical Staff, and regulatory agency requirements are met. The chosen strategic thinker will direct the regulatory readiness for hospital-wide and system wide performance improvement activities.
