As a Quality and Operational Excellence Manager you will:

• Lead the Midtronics Quality System – create a vision and strategy to improve the current state of our QMS and execute the strategy to achieve results
• Create value for the organization and our customers by instilling a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement throughout the company
• Lead customer requested root cause analysis and quality investigations presenting conclusions to customers
• Drive all quality control and assurance initiatives, including ISO 9001:2015 compliance and audits, calibration of equipment, certification audits (UL, etc.)
• Engage with suppliers on selection, production part approval process (PPAP), audits, incoming inspection findings, and other quality related issues
• Partner with our engineers, project management, supply chain, and global supplier base to resolve issues
