To view the detailed job description, click here or visit www.lhcaz.gov Project Manager Hiring Range: $2,729.11 - $3,241.32/Bi-Weekly; DOQ Performs difficult professional work administering and overseeing capital improvement programs and projects in support of the City public works department, developing and implementing goals and objectives for engineering and construction projects that are in compliance with policies and procedures, monitoring department budget and annual capital expenditures, maintaining files and records, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the general direction of the Director of Public Works. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Assistant City Engineer. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and an effective communicator with excellent project managerial skills. This position requires an energetic and results orientated individual with the ability to move multiple capital infrastructure projects forward simultaneously and be able to demonstrate a history of successful/completed capital projects. They should demonstrate knowledge of civil engineering principles and be able to work effectively with staff and the general public in a collaborative, team orientated working environment. Professional Engineering licensure is highly desired, however not required to be successful in this recruitment.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or related field and extensive experience in construction design, inspection and management engineering activities, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
