PURPOSE OF POSITION The Substation Engineering Manager Reports to the Director of Engineering Services in the Electric Services Group.  The Department is responsible for providing planning and operational services to the cooperative to ensure orderly and efficient development of the electric system. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Provide outstanding service to external and internal customers. In all areas of responsibility, treats members and the general public in such a manner as to create the best possible understanding and acceptance of the Cooperative. Effectively manage the resources available to the department to achieve the agreed on results in all areas assigned to the department and provide the necessary support and assistance to other departments, dis
