General Purpose The Village of Winnetka is seeking applicants for the Assistant Director of Water & Electric. This position assists the Director in coordinating all activities related to the Electric Plant, Water Plant, pump stations and reservoir, and distribution facilities and supervises  Distribution Engineer, Water & Electric Analyst, and all Department personnel in the absence of the Director.
