The Village of Winnetka's Water & Electric Department seeks applicants for a full-time Substation Manager. The Substation Manager oversees the inspection, testing, cleaning, calibration, installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical equipment and protection, control and metering systems and interfaces at the Electric Plant, load centers, substations, and distribution. This position assists in the development and administration of the Substation Division budget which includes the sourcing and management of contractual services needed to complete projects. This position utilizes broad systems expertise to assist the Plant and Distribution Divisions in project management that spans across Divisions.
